You could do a lot worse than the Savruga with Dive Explorer
I went on it last year, saw shedloads of mantas, whale shark, hammerheads, reef sharks, you name it really. Food was reasonable, guys on the boat were helpful. Cabins weren't the most spacious, but who cares really. Hardly spent any time in them.
