| Have a look at Blue Fin housing and lighting. Fairly compact and easy to use with the monitor link. 4-5K all in. You will defo need a wide angle lens
For a cheep set up I use an Ikolite housing and Greenforce lighting with a digital camera. Around 2k. The Ikolite housings are 60m rated but I have had my one down to 76m and it worked fine. However my camera is worth about 50p so i wasn't going to be heart broken if it flooded.
I have used both and obviously you get what you pay for.
