As you are talking about a business address, are you running your own SMTP server? or are you just collecting it from a mailbox that your ISP hosts?

Which email client are you using?

In general terms, if you are running your own servers look into greywalling and a server based Bayesian solution. If you are just collecting your mail from an ISP, look at client based Bayesian filtering.
