232bar cylinders have 350bar test pressure (1.5x working presure), so they're good for it, although I wouldn't want to do it too often. presumably 300bar cylinders have a 450 bar test pressure?

I was talking to someone the other day who'd had their 232bar cylinders (with 232bar manifold) filled to the 350bar test pressure, which must have taken some ingenuity from the fill-monkey
