| no, problem was the package had a laptop (old thing) that was not wireless but worked on her plusnet modem.I have a much newer laptop that would work on her plusnet thing and my own belkin wirelesss router.The old laptop would not work when connected to the belkin usin the wire.
Problem now solved hopefully cos she gettin a new laptop from work
