That's not a complete disadvantage, you can be very rude and not offend anyone .

Seriously, I love my Posieden Mitts. Managed two 25 minute dives in 4 deg water today quite comfortably and I'm very wimpy. The elasticated, velcroed wrist strap reduces flushing to a minimum.
