If I was still OC then I would be using 36% and 75% for the deeper trimix dives, and 75% as a deco gas if I was doing deco dives in the nitrox range.

Each to their own really, with enough experience you get to know what gasses suit your type of diving, and your body.

One friend of mine dives a twinset with air in the one cylinder, trimix in the other (not a huge amount of helium as he is a tight b@stard), then one cylinder of 60% for deco. He uses this configuration for dives up to 80 metres that we have done.
