I saw a very nasty accident with a pee zip once. Admitedly it was on a 7mm drysuit but the victim squeeled like a badger in a breville sandwich toaster. And we all know what that sounds like don't we? Think of little Woz Woz. Use the main zip unless you want a traumatic circumcision.
