Just to update. Al pulled out all the stops to fix and return our VR3's within a day -( maybe because he is a friend of our tech/ccr instructor

Anywho - latest software 2007 sorted the prob and I'm now playing with the new features. Struggling to understand why you would want a TTS (Total Time to Surface) screen saver in surface mode though - I must be being thick !!
