The rules, call them guidlines are there for skippers and divers, if we all use YD as a medium to organise or sign up to trips then seems reasonable that we all accept the rules too. Seems to me if you don't like the rules book directly through the skipper that way you agree to whatever Ts and Cs are agreed at the time. I guess it would have been different if Elfyn had asked for a deposit, I bet Zok wuld have tried harder to fill his slot then...
