What you have to wait for is the Foreign Office to issue a warning, if they haven't then don't worry. They do however warn people to be vigilant during their travels and be aware of their surroundings.
Just back from a liveaboard jaunt, see trip reports, Blue Pearl, no problems at all.
Get out there, get in and enjoy the warm waters of the Red Sea.
