Apple - Support - Discussions - Forum Home some clever searching can be very helpful and you can register and post questions. So far it has got my problems solved around 60% of the time.
If you have AppleCare and a quick search on the discussion boards doesn't help, I'd call them. They are pretty good (well, once you get them to put you through to 'Level 2 tech support' at least!).
