no because they are 4 times as likely to be 4 foot above the water when hull and all the low lying areas where you fools who couldn't be arsed to pay for a proper search when you bought your twee little houses flood, again.
and you can blame global warming all you like the earth goes through phases and we happen to be in one of them at the moment.
PS my car does 30 mpg if driven sensibly if I rag it it gets 20mpg .
Oh and to the original poster- next time you put your car in a ditch and need dragging out I am sure the farmer wil do it for the same cost as I charge £0
