| Used them for years, have had to send a couple of things back no problems. The only problems I have had with them are when something is listed as out of stock, then sometimes it comes back in, but sometimes not and if it does it can take ages (by which time the other stuff in your order has gone out of stock).
So basically they are great but only order stuff that's in stock.
