The Seaskin neo suit comes with a shoulder zip as I have dived with a couple of people with them. I have only so far seen the membrane Seaskin with a front entry, but I am sure it could be done the other way if you asked nicely.
Drop Prometheus a PM, I am sure his Seaskin neo is a shoulder zipper.
