| Reading the stories of Mayne and Churchill really brought me up short. They had little consideration of personal safety but much for that of others. It also sounds like they had a healthy disrespect of the incompetence of some of those in authority.
They had a definate edge to them and I liked the story of Churchill throwing his briefcase out of the train window.
