Don't see why it shouldn't work :-)

Whether I'm shooting stills or video, my mantra continues to be "manual white balance" above all - whether with or without a filter (and the Fuji F30/F31 have a v wide range of manual white balance, down to 20m in clear blue water will still balance). I even prefer manual white balance with the auto magic filters! One advantage of manual white balance (re-balanced every time you appreciably change your depth) is that colours ought to be consistent from shot to shot, for both stills and video.

Good luck! I must admit I've never tried video on the F30...
