I'm not in the habit of doing negative posts, but I done a Cavern Course with Bill Renneker who owns Cave Excursions in Florida back in February. I was the only one of three to pass the course and was pleased at the new oppertunities this qualification would give me. While there, everything went well with no problems and I got the paper "temp" card for the qualification. 5 months later I am still waiting for the permanant card, despite paying for it while I was there. I have tried writting to him and sending around a dozen e-mails with no reply, I even tried to go through the issuing agency for the qualification, the NSS-CDS, and guess what, no reply. I am now in the legal process of trying to claim back the money for the course as with no qualification I will have to do another to be qualified.
So if you plan on doing something like this, or going cave diving in Florida, beware of this man and his company, he was supposed to be reputable, but I found otherwise.
