I have a warning coming up about the primary drive in my Acer laptop about to fail and I obviously want to replace it.
The current drive is 80Gb and I want to get a bigger one. Looking at
Amazon I can pick up a 160Gb Hitachi for £31 which is IDE or a Generic 160Gb SATAII for £47.55.
What are the differences and does it make a difference?
Next question, best software to mirror the drives?
