Yes,

The third party insurance requirement is an additonal cost for non-BSAC members (such as me), Divemaster do an annual policy for about £26, so that'll cost me and the wife an additional £52 to do the Seasearch dives (unless someone knows somewhere cheaper?)

I have to say i'm not convinced about 3rd party liability insurance, however if it is Seasearchs' rules, than that is that if you want to dive I guess...
