Ahhhh statistics.

Did you know out of the last (i think it was) four OC divers who suffered an O2 tox as reported on the BSAC incident list. ehhhh Four of them were diveing stages left and switched to the wrong gas.

Equipmnet configuration is not the only cause of accident although some rigs are obviously inherently dangerous
