| My advice is escalate it to a claim.
As a non receipt of goods claim the seller will have to prove that he has posted it by supplying tracking evidence to Paypal.
He will have 10 days to do this.
If he cannot, and it seems he cant Paypal will rule in your favour and you will have your money back.
I would avoid anymore direct contact with the seller, you will only make any kind of legal case weaker |
