re euro cylinders

Im still at the moment no wiser on the euro vs beaver cylinder!!!! I looked on niknaks and was in the process of ordering o2 clean twinset DIRzone 12ltr banded and manifolded, but told from two other dive shops that the beaver cylinder is marked ECS and described as a euro cylinder! So is there a difference apart from price in niknaks euro cylinder and beaver cylinder..! They are both euro cylinders are they not ? Is there a link to show describe difference as i cant see the difference from the sites, theyre both same length and weight niknaks tanks do look goood or is it just me
