Hmm not sure if its any help but my wife is rather large up top, (38G), and usually has problems finding semi-dry or dry suits that fit properly eventually she got a made to measure drysuit from Northern Diver and is more than happy with it but she realized it was too much for red sea diving so she went with the Oceanic Strexx 7mm Semi Dry last October in Sharm she was very comfortable in it, (she gets cold easily as well), and found it extremely easy to get on and off even when it was wet.

These suits are very stretchy so they fit in all the right places in fact I saw a XL size male get into a size M suit just to prove how stretchy they are.....
