| That is somewhat different. It is adviseable to take pictures of the damage/wreckage WHEN THE PATIENTS HAVE GONE - for insurance reasons. Ambulance crews are also permitted to take photos of the damaged vehicle so that they may show the mechanism to the doctors at the hospital - it helps with treatment.
But I can't see how someone taking pictures of our lady (who had got herself out of the car and then developed neck and back pain and was sat on the verge) and not the vehicle can be right ??
I don't think it can ever be acceptable to take pictures of people undergoing treatment at the roadside - just because 'you can'. |
