Everyone seems to slag off the beaver bands, valves and manifolds. Whilst im not sure about the bands, the valves and manifolds are identical the the Agir Brok ones. Ive seen them side by side, and stripped down. I have been told from a reliable source that they come from the same factory too.

I did see some of the beaver wide bands in the shop today, looked pretty decent to me too.

Beaver seem to have a crap image, and whilst quite a bit of there stuff is crap, a fair bit of it is actually quite good.

To be honest I wish I had brought a beaver twinset, rather than my more expensive faber twinset with crappy san-o-sub valves and bendy CD bands. From what ive seen the beaver setup is far superior to what I have !

It seems to me like there is a bit of dive brand snobery going on.
