| A year or so ago I had to get the heathrow express tube under heathrow (T1 to T4) and I noticed some tourist information leaflets for visitors to london. In it was the following advice Try not make eye contact with anyone on the tube and don't worry the journey won't take long. What a wonderful message we give out to visitors.
