[Lady of the Lake]

am sort of looking at booking a liveaboard to do what is known as 'deep south' in May time. Sounds fab but the only thing that puts me off was the bit that said something like 'conditions can be rough so avoid in winter' Now I am not the best sailor in the world and get sea sick quite easily so would this be really rough and tumble? And again currents- I dont mind some but I am going on holiday to enjoy myself and dont want to exhaust myself with hard finning all the time so if anyone has gone around this time of year I would appreciate feedbcak !!
