On mine, if you go into control panel > Mouse there is then a tab marked "gestures" within there are a couple of tickboxes marked "Use vertical scroll" and "use horizontal scroll" just untick them
But I have no idea why you'd switch them off, once you get it mastered it's great, no problems with the porn
