The many venues idea sounds like a cracker to me, then everyone could participate without havig to travel miles to join in, so you can count me in for this. I'll even be prepared to go in with just trunks and kit, maybe a t-shirt to stop the harness straps chafing.
Mind, as the water was 23 C last Friday (and getting 1-2 C warmer each week now)
,some of the less charitible out there might claim that this is cheating.
