might be something to consider

I know of a 10W Salvo for sale, I was interested but I've already got a CD10W umbilical and a CD10W handheld

Vonny, I am very happy with my Salvo 10w. Eeyore has also just got a Darkbuster (not an umbilical but a great torch for the price). I feel much more comfortable and 'safe' in the water with a good torch, and knowing my buddy has a good torch now too. We both know exactly where each other is all of the time as we can see the torch beams clearly and use them for signalling.

If you have a chance of a 10w Salvo I'd recommend I believe Jo Rawley also has the hand held version and is happy with hers.
