Smile 1000 Post Reintroduction

A thousand posts and still here

Have now been diving for 10 years, UK diving the last three years.

Did my initial training with PADI. Very slowly worked up to Divemaster and worked as a guide for a while. Joined a BSAC club and did some more training with them. Have also done IANTD courses to Advanced Recreational Trimix. Have now stopped badge collecting and reject all agencies with equal prejudice

Warm water destinations include the Red Sea, Thailand, India, Cyprus, Malaysia, Mexico, Gozo, Vietnam and the Cook Islands.

UK destinations still somewhat lacking, but hopefully that will improve soon, Oban, St. Abbs, Farnes and Portland, as well as Stoney, NDAC and Vobster.

I dive twin 12s or 7s with a 45lb OMS wing and a (two piece ) harness.

In the real world I'm a medical student exiled to the Midlands. If all goes according to plan in the next few weeks, I'll be a doctor working in Devon from August. Nothing to do with diving opportunities of course
