| Sounds more like a irritation rash than anything more seroius .... on the other end of the scale you do hear of people getting bends in a pool but in perspective these are almost always instructors who are diving 10 times a day and doing CESA practices and the like.
If you have any fears then consult with your dctor but I would think that skin irritation is the cause.
