we had a bit of a in club joke going when we first got the computers ,
we would change are buddys computer setting to old giffer mode ,
go for a dive and then back at 6m we would all laugh at the poor sod as we all waved him good bye , back on the boat we would all eat his lunch ,,
worked well for training after they had missed one lunch they all would check computer s be4 they jumped in on a dive ,,
i like the said computer, when i first got it ,, did the job got me out of the water not bent ,,
ps had the thing go blank few times , when you get 99mins deco it cant show no more ,, but when you hit the botton,s for deco it comes up with some numbers again ,, all good fun ,,, it my not be a vr3 , but i did lots of dive s
down to 70m and more then 99mins deco and it was just fine ,,
if you do a few sim dives you can start to see how much time it will knock of
for dif gas mixs ,, give you a good handle on what you,re real deco is going to be ,,
if you use o2 with it , dont put 99% on the computer put 97%/96% then it with let you change gas at 6m , if you but 99% in you have to wait till you can slide passed 6m , have a good play with it and you will see there is ways to make it work v well ,,
