Hi all,
I have been diving for 26 years on and off (more off in recent years).
I only get to dive 2 to 3 times a year if im lucky as my buddy has moved to ireland
, I did the BASAC when i was 16 but now want to do the open water PADI to catch up on all the changes, it meens i've got to get fit again.
The deepest i've dived in the last 10 years is only 15ish meters from the coast around mid Wales. So any help on what i need to swat up on for my PADI will appriciated.
