Wireless AI setup

Hi all,

Nowadays a number of dive computers have air integration. I do not want to go into the benefits or not of AI. I am after the set up that people prefare to use. For this tread I am refering to the wireless AI.

Wireless tranmitters are designed to be attached to the firststage. Some people argue that this set up might not be the best solution as the transmitter could be knocked of during a dive or when handling the dive kit.

I have seen three setups:

1. transimtter attached directly to the first stage
2. transmitter attached to a short 6-8" hose
3. transmitter atached to a quick release on first stage.

whats you opinion? which one do you prefer? any other solutions?

thanks
lud
