what's the best knot to use and can somebody point me to an illustration of how to tie it?

I have just got some nice new 5mm bungee to replace the old stuff I stole off my old rucksack.

I was using the knot to stop the end coming through but on a few occasions it did pop through.

So How do you tie yours?
