| Get a dog, 15min walk in the morning and 1hr in the afternoon.If the walk involves large hills you get all the fitness benefits without the associated damage to knees (running) and pride (lycra).
As Garf says keep a variety in the exercise and you cant go far wrong. Oh ... and remember - less pie more salad.
