Well, the "Victoria" - Remembering that no spidge on a T.O.S.S.E.R.S trip = gay, i had to find some old tat to bring up, and low and behold was this rather crappy deck fitting. I thought it was brass, but i've started to clean it up and it's looking more like bronze. The missus at home was very impressed with it as well. So much so, that when i came home from work, i found it in the wheelie bin! Still seems like this ship is built to a very high standard for a collier and i'm still not convinced it's the Victoria.
Started to clean some of the crud away from the remaining glass on the underside and found a bullet. It looks like a .303 round and was stuck in the glass (which has since disintegrated). Unfortunately, it's not quite the 13 pound rounds of ammunition we were hoping to see.
