| As Barrie said, you should have got another PIN number when you bought the download kit. Enter it as you did with the one on the box. When you go to the PIN menu you should see under the serial number what type of VR3 you have i.e. NxOC and a 3P if the PIN has taken for the pc interface. Let me know if you need further info
