So people that don't want to work overtime are lazy shirkers? Maybe they want to spend a bit of time with their families. Maybe they want to go diving.
Here's a thought: if your cousin's such a businessman, why doesn't he employ enough people so he doesn't need to ask people to work all the hours under the sun?
