Maybe I didnt make myself clear. I hate working overtime, I would love to spend every weekend with my family, of doing what I want, however I realise that if I told my company I was working bare hours, they wouldn't be able to justify keeping me in my job.
My cousin only needs people to work on occasionally, when they have breakdowns in production. In these instances they ask people to stop on, it wouldn't be practical to employ a complete seperate workforce to stop on once in a blue moon, for 2 or 3 hours. The local guys just shrug their shoulders & clock off.

Again, referring back to this point, its not spending the money as they want, we should all be able to do this, but to work in a country & not contribute anything to the economy. A previous point was peolpe working in Saudi, generally the people who go there to work have skills that the local people lack, or simply don't want to do.
The polish peolpe aren't offering any special skills other than the work hard. No different from the locals.
But as I implied, I don't want to get into huge socialist rant over this, it's just my quiet point of view. Fit in, & contribute to the community.
