Now, more than ever is the time for the UK to join the Euro and become part of the economic powerhouse that is modern Europe. The US economy is screwed and inflation is biting into the Asian Tigers. With UK backing the EU could become the dominant world force of the 21st century. Britain's multiculturalism and world standing, its tolerance of others and willingness to embrace and live with people of other religions have made it an example that the EU needs badly to follow. Sadly the mentality of the little englanders now rivals the intolerant, backward and out-of-date view of the very people caricatured in the bullshit of the original post.
