Hi Goat, you have hopeful things to say about english workmen. From what you say the culture is changing.

I'm talking particularly about the construction trades here, and from what I see it isn't changing fast enough, if at all. Sure there must be bad and good, but you have to ask where those 'popular misconceptions' come from......
