It does seem to be pretty divisive if you actually care about your 'reputation'.

Personally, I don't give a crap about it. The anonymous nature of it all is wide open to abuse from people who just want to make mischief.

Maybe you pissed them off once and they will hand out negatives on any of your posts for the forseeable future? Who knows? Who cares?

It would be a shame if people are put off saying what they think because they are bothered about how it will affect their reputation.
