| well i have to sympathise with you, having travelled both the A34 and M40 i can really understand what you went through. The M40 is little more than a race track for high powered motors, many a time i've been passed a warp factor 10 by a car flashing its lights and the last thing you want to do is get in their way as you'll suddently be convinced they hitched up to your bumper for a free tow.
i'd get the police to persue the chap even f he gets a talking too at least it may, in some vain hope, cause him to think about his driving.
failing that get baseball bat in the car, get the guy to pull over then go all "Rodney King" on him, you can claim diminished responisibiltiy in court cos you were protecting your child. |
