I voted option 2

The Kyarra is a great dive but the vis has been less than 1m recently which means you are likley to dive it Braille stylee, there is unlikley to be any ambient light whereas the fleur doesn't take long to explore but at least you can drift off and get a couple of drift dives and at those depths you may actually see something... unless of course you wanted to rummage for perfume or watches in which case you won't see anything anyway
