| It is becoming a serious problem - the main issue at the moment up by us is pikeys nicking the lightning strips on the outside of buildings and substations.
One of my ex employers is deploying GSM CCTV cameras to catch the pikey bastards, but when they're no fixed abode, with cars without tax, registered to addresses that no longer exist (pulled down houses on estates) what do you do?
