| Did some diving off Sorrento last year, and it was fun. Lots of colourful life, and some interesting rocky stuff to swim around. Also, on one dive, there were a load of handily placed Catholic shrine type things (can't remember the actual name) to view at 5m stop.
Excellent snorkelling (possibly better than the dives we did). We ended up hiring a little motor boat for a day from Positano, heading into the marine reserve and just jumping in where it looked interesting.
