It's actually SD HD (secure digitial HD) card - currently using a 4 GB one which allows for about 3 hours of low quality or 45 minutes of HD.

Have to say it's very nice, it's only 1280 x 720 when in HD mode, but for courses I've been leaving it in 640 x 480. Have a look at the following it's a reasonable review.
